Cindy is a veteran sports broadcaster in South Africa, with over 20 years experience. She currently works on 2 of Johannesburg's biggest breakfast shows - delivering outstanding sports bulletins; as well as adding valuble insight to both shows. 

In her role as a keynote speaker, Cindy advocates to break the stigma around mental health. She has a passion for working with teenagers and their parents as they navigate their way through the adolescent years
